Payments

First, make sure that all the items in your cart are still available on the site. If an item that is in your cart has already sold out or has been removed from the site, the order will not process. You can hit "remove" to delete those unavailable items from your cart. 

If you are receiving an AVS error when trying to check out, that means that the billing information, or CVV number on the back of your card, that you have entered in during checkout does not match the billind address that your bank or cardholder has on file for that card.

Be sure to use an up to date browser when looking at the site, like Google Chrome.

Returns

If you don't love your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please contact us at melissa@metalsandpieces.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the problem quickly. We ask that you send your order number, and a picture of the issue. This will help with quality control and prevent the same situation in the future. As with returns, please contact us at melissa@metalsandpieces.com within 14 days of the purchase of your order. 

Shipping

We request 1-3 business days for shipping unless otherwise stated on the product page. We ship as soon as possible. We are so excited to make, package, and ship your items. 

Shipping times are calculate with business days, which are Monday - Friday, not including holidays. If you haven't received your order within 2 weeks of ordering please contact melissa@metalsandpieces.com.

All jewelry will be shipped from New York. 

Items are shipped out via USPS. 

We ship to USA and Canada at this time.

Once an order has been submitted we can not make any changes. There is a one hour window after your order has been placed were we can cancel it. Be sure to double and triple check your items, quantities, and shipping information before hitting submit.

Domestic USA orders over $50 get FREE shipping! 

Domestic orders under $50 have a flat rate of $5 for shipping. 

Domestic orders can upgrade to Priority shipping for $9. 

All Canadian orders have a flat rate of $15 for shipping.

Any packages that are returned to the seller that are labelled by the shipping carrier as undeliverable will be refunded when returned to the seller. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used for that specific order unless the package is returned after the package is 40 days old. Packages older than 25 days will be returned as store credit.
